Airport Genie - Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to Airport Genie. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application, services, and content (collectively, the “Services”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Airport Genie App. By creating an account, you represent that you meet the minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under the required age, you may only use the App with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account. 3. User Conduct

By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, display, and distribute it for the purposes of operating and improving the App. You are solely responsible for your User Content and must ensure it complies with all applicable laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
